Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
