Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
  • Provide clear and concise information to help plan members understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions and support to improve the healthcare experience of our plan members
  • Utilize your skills and knowledge to resolve issues and address concerns in a positive and helpful manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
