Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management
  • Developing appropriate reporting requirements by supervisor or manager
  • Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members
  • Assisting in the training of new-hires and participating in quality assurance activities

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software or applications
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience in training or mentoring others
