Job Type and Working Hours

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions to improve our service processes.

  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about industry trends and company updates.

Job Requirements
