Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a part-time customer service representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Guiding customers online: Assist customers with website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, and provide them with accurate and helpful information.
  • Referring queries/complaints: Refer customer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with order processing: Assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details.
  • Maintaining records: Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is mandatory to apply for this role. However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
  • English Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
  • Online U.S Residents: Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role.
