Job Summary
As a Principal AI Solutions Development Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that all development projects align with our AI strategy and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit requirements and develop test plans based on Generative AI arrangement details and Item Director's Item Necessities Report
- Design, deploy, and test AI jobs running on the Generative AI climate; basic responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues, leading technical audits of all expectations, and continuously communicating project status to all relevant stakeholders
- Audit and analyze internal and external design-specific documentation related to projects; you will share information with colleagues and leaders to improve internal processes and drive ideas to streamline future development work
- Use your expertise to aid the development of sales, customer, and partner content, such as measuring guides, design guides, technical white papers, performance guides, and technical blogs

Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years' industry experience; experience creating and delivering start-to-finish (foundation to stage to application to use cases) solutions is highly desired
- Knowledge of foundation arrangement and the equipment ecosystem, including servers, storage, and networking (to include IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems (design and deployment) and group management; ability to deploy and manage containers, Kubernetes, and Slurm groups
- Familiarity with AI Advances, including Generative/Mental AI systems/models, AI/Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs) AI stages/libraries (e.g., Embracing Face, TensorFlow), and Open-Source ML structures (PyTorch)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work with all levels of the organization and effectively communicate status of development work to relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
Desirable Qualifications
* Degree in a quantitative field (Software engineering, Math, Measurements, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, etc.)
