You'll be responsible for utilizing a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers, escalating complex issues to your supervisor, and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Responsibilities

As a Website Chat Support Agent, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding to customers in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality service to our clients.

  • Be available to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
