Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, utilizing available resources and escalating complex issues to higher-level support if needed.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring thorough records.
  • Conducting follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns.
  • Staying informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Gathering and reporting customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in online chat support, is preferred.
