Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
  • Provide information about arenaflex services and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
