[Remote] Part-Time Intake Specialist

Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers is a pre-eminent New York City personal injury firm seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and bilingual part-time Intake Specialist to join their team. The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to the firm, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential
• Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed
• Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process
• Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks

Skills

• Entry-level experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Associate's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Experience in customer service role is preferred
• Legal experience is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with Filevine is a plus
