[Remote] Salesman

Lender Ai is a company that helps mortgage loan officers and real estate agents generate consistent opportunities using paid ads and automation. They are seeking a Sales Representative to sell their marketing and AI services, conduct discovery calls, and close new clients while managing a clean pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Take scheduled discovery calls with loan officers and realtors
- Qualify fast: situation, goals, budget, urgency, decision maker
- Present Lender Ai’s system and recommend the right plan
- Close deals and collect payments
- Follow up with leads who do not close on the first call
- Do outbound prospecting daily (DMs, email, calling) to build pipeline
- Track everything in CRM with clean notes and next steps
- Communicate with operations for smooth onboarding handoff
Skills
- 1 to 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or high ticket preferred)
- Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls
- Strong written communication for follow up texts and emails
- CRM discipline (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, etc.)
- Bonus: experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or coaching to LO or realtor audiences
