Marketing Associate
MechMaxx is a fast-growing provider of affordable, high-performance machinery and equipment. They are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to help expand their brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms, focusing on social media management and graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (including posting schedules, captions, and engagement)
- Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and website use
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
- Coordinate content creation (graphics, videos, blog posts) with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and messages to support brand voice and community growth
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Support influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and YouTube collaborations
- Manage website updates, product listings, and basic SEO-related tasks
- Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend monitoring to inform content and marketing strategy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, digital content, or a related role
- Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital marketing assets
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design software
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Shopify is a plus
