Job Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions about our products and services
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns and addressing customer complaints
  • Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and respond to customer inquiries
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, every time

Your Qualifications: Skills, Integrity, and Compassion

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and work from home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong PC knowledge
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and navigate our systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
