As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our clients, providing a positive customer experience by managing inbound and outbound programs while enhancing our high-energy company atmosphere. You'll be responsible for assisting callers by providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues, in addition to other various client requests. This is NOT a telemarketing position, but rather a role that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all callers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Identifying callers' needs and providing call resolution, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • Adhering to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction
  • Providing customers with product and service information, using your knowledge of our clients' offerings to meet their needs
  • Accurately processing online reservations and documenting call information and interactions
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance standards, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards
  • Participating in ongoing training for all CCS client programs and accounts, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Performing other duties as assigned, using your flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients and team

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Working knowledge of computer software skills, including computer navigation and typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information, using your discretion and judgment to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs, using your flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients and team
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Ideal Availability

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who are available to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
  • Saturday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST
  • Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
  • A minimum of 8 hours of weekend availability required, with flexibility to work a range of shifts and schedules
