What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide personalized recommendations
- Staying up-to-date on product and service updates to ensure you're always equipped to handle customer inquiries
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (additional languages such as Korean, Cambodian, Armenian, and Mandarin are a plus)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
