Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
  • Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
  • Processing a variety of orders and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our customer contact tool to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting in our Salesforce system
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the Holiday season

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate sales environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with order entry and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
