Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
