Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

• Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
• Transfer calls to various departments as needed

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
