Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
To succeed as a Retail Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
- A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that's four weeks in advance
- Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
