Job Summary

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and make a difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential
• Collaborating within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals
• Retaining donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service
• Coding donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donors and management
• Working closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the organization

Schedule and Work Environment

We offer a flexible schedule, with two options available: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Our operating hours are 10:30am - 7:00pm (AZ time), and you will have the opportunity to work from home and make a difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
