About the Role

As a 3rd Shift Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Our call center operates 7 days a week, and as a 3rd shift representative, you will be required to work a 5-day schedule from either 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and issues, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rates, and average handling times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Reside in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina.
  • Possess your own computer equipment that meets the following specifications:
    • Laptop or desktop computer
    • Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
    • Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
    • Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. (Celeron processors are not recommended)
    • 8GB Memory / RAM
    • Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
    • Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
    • Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
    • Note: Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible with our software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Previous call center customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
