As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Vermont or in one of our call centers in Manchester and Rutland, Vt. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer phone calls to assist with placing orders from our catalog or online store
  • Answering customer questions about products and orders
  • Becoming knowledgeable about products offered by arenaflex
  • Building relationships and engaging customers during phone calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with placing orders from our catalog or online store
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions about products and orders
  • Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Must be a Vermont resident, with work performed in Vermont

  • Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

* Previous customer service experience
