Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your work. Responsibilities
* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible
- Using software to input, edit, save, and back up, and retrieve data
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
- Regular communication with team members regarding data changes or updates
- Participating in team meetings and trainings
- Ensuring regular backups to prevent data loss
Key Qualifications
* Proven data entry work experience
- Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Confidentiality and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
