Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing and resolving discrepancies in our healthcare records, ensuring that our adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to find creative solutions to complex problems. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies in healthcare records, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring seamless data flow
- Monitor and track records, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and best practices
Required Qualifications
* Experience in records analysis and studies, with a strong understanding of healthcare records and regulations
- Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on data entry, analysis, and resolution
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of associated experience in data entry, analysis, and resolution
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry expertise, with a focus on data entry, analysis, and resolution
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
Education
