Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other related matters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Processing calls efficiently, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
- Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and the client in reference to customer service issues.
- Ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
What You Can Expect in This Role
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you can expect:
- Full-time (40 hours a week) employment with the possibility of shift work.
- Some overtime when necessary.
- Most benefits start on the first day of employment.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
