About the Role: Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients via phone and email. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and solution-oriented. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering great customer service to customers through phone and email channels
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding tailored solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly and exceeds their expectations

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in Danish and a good command of English

Work Schedule and Location
