Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote and Flexible Hours at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
