Job Brief As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients and building a positive company image. You'll be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat, identifying customer needs, and helping customers use specific features. You'll also analyze and report product malfunctions, update internal databases, and monitor customer complaints on social media.
