Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers
- Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs
- Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services
- Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics
- Maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making
- Evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
- Accepting and embracing changes within the current business environment
- Being responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment
- Tech support experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Dedicated area to work from in your home
- Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the Banking/Finance industry
- Knowledge of tax preparation products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
