Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month W2 contract basis. This fully remote opportunity will align to CST hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying the benefits and paid holidays that come with being part of the arenaflex team.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting essential numerical and text data: You'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our proprietary software, ensuring that company records are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Ensuring data accuracy: Your high attention to detail will be crucial in preventing clerical errors and optimizing company operations. You'll monitor spreadsheets for errors, using formulas to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining data integrity: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that current and past data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Desired Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1-3 years of experience

in Data Entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of CRM Systems

, such as Salesforce, with experience in data management and analysis.

Prior experience in the financial, banking, or FinTech industry

is a plus, but not required.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and data storage solutions.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
