Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and timely into our systems, ensuring seamless auditing, billing, and reporting processes
  • Auditing invoices and resolving discrepancies with vendors to maintain high standards of data accuracy and efficiency
  • Tracking cost savings and supporting special projects as assigned, contributing to arenaflex's growth and success
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly data entry targets, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in keyboarding with a strong focus on accuracy, ensuring data entry is precise and efficient
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment, demonstrating your self-motivation and time management skills

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, you'll be required to:
