Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and user profiles in our system.
• Supporting the migration project by manually setting up accounts and users as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to end users transitioning to the new application.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth migration process.

Top Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional typing skills (fast and accurate, with a speed of over 40 wpm). You will be asked to complete a typing assessment.
• A strong command of the English language; bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Any experience in tier 1 helpdesk or triage is advantageous but not required.

Work Schedule

Shifts are available within the following hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST. You will be required to work a set schedule, with occasional flexibility to accommodate project needs.
