Position Summary

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused Remote Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service solutions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include making consistent outbound calls, accurately documenting customer interactions, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data and performing typing tasks
  • Capturing and documenting customer information
  • Upselling products and services when appropriate
  • Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign
  • Utilizing call scripting and automatic dialer technology to efficiently manage calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service solutions tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting (Note: This is mandatory for remote candidates)
  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and excellent communication
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and literacy
  • Experience in an outbound calling environment
