What Will I Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management.
  • Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions: Ensure that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Recording Details of Customer Interactions: Accurately record details of customer interactions, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Developing Rapport with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers, using your upbeat and positive attitude to make their experience exceptional.
  • Offering Solutions, Not Excuses: Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

What Qualifications Do I Need?

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: While not essential, we prefer candidates with experience in customer service or a related field.
  • 1 Year of Call Center Experience: If you have experience working in a call center, you'll be at an advantage in this role.
  • Basic Knowledge of Computers: You'll need to be proficient in using computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
  • Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: You'll need to have excellent written communication skills to record details of customer interactions accurately.
  • Residency in One of the Following States: You'll need to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
