Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Logging into our clients' chat systems to interact directly with web customers and provide prompt responses to inquiries

  • Receiving full training on the systems and common queries you might face during shifts
  • Working under the guidance of a chat supervisor who will support you with any complex customer issues
