Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into our system using a steady flow of images, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills to ensure accuracy.
• Reviewing and verifying data to meet quality standards, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Collaborating professionally with team members as needed, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Suggesting improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.
• Completing daily tasks and performing additional office duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn.

Hourly Pay and Schedule

* $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
• Shifts are available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

• Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy, demonstrating your technical skills and attention to detail.
