Job Summary

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's travel products to direct consumers through webchat and phone interactions. You will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, identify and meet customer needs and expectations, and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex's products. Key Responsibilities

* Promote arenaflex's travel products to direct consumers through webchat and phone interactions

  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Identify and meet customer retention goals and follow up with consumers as necessary to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends
  • Proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex's products based on client travel history
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations, including promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities
  • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
  • Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred; Cruise sales a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
  • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
  • Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in any language other than English; if so, which one?

  • Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
  • Availability to work a late night/early morning shift, including weekends

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan

  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws

Schedule

* 8-hour shift

  • Every weekend
  • Morning shift
  • Overnight shift
  • You will be given one of the following 5-day/9-hour schedules:

+ M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST + M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST + M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST + M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm + M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm

  • You must be available to any possible schedule, you will be assigned an open schedule based on the needs of the company
