Responsibilities

- Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Dispatching proper authorities, prioritizing client safety and satisfaction

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as you'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and technology
Shifts and Schedules
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs and preferences, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
