Remote Call Center- Patient Care Rep
Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking Remote Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization .

- *Pay Range:** $18/hr
- *Potential Schedules**
Hours of Operation Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST + Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation. + Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.

+ Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries + Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally + Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately + Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards
- *What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED (required) +
1-2 yrs Call Center experience required
+ Healthcare or pharmacy background _preferred_ + Strong communication & computer skill
- *Remote Work Requirements:**
