Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Processing orders and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
