Job Summary

* Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required)

  • Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms (a plus)
  • Additional coursework or certifications in customer service (preferred)
