Job Summary

arenaflex is currently seeking a qualified part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved and their questions answered. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services would be a plus.
  • A high school diploma; additional training in Customer Service will be a plus.

Experience

While having prior customer service experience will be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly more than previous job titles.
