Description:
arenaflex is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals for our remote Data Entry Jobs with a focus on Call Support and Customer Help. This role is essential in ensuring our customer service operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a part of our team, you will handle data entry tasks and support customer inquiries, providing exceptional service to our subscribers.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update customer information in our database
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Assist with special projects as needed
