Job Description
As a Data Entry Online Job specialist with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Scanning documents and printing files, when necessary
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of data
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Educational Qualifications
