Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, resolving product or service issues, and providing accurate and complete information to our customers. You will also be responsible for following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, as well as keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work less than 4 hours a day
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
