This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour, dependent on experience. You will be working 40 hours a week, assisting customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is based in our New York office.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements:
