Job Summary

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Location: Chula Vista, CA

The Role: Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Offer detailed and accurate information regarding our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, ensuring that all details are accurately documented for future reference.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively, with a strong focus on de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills, with proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
