Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate to join our team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Additional certifications in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer support tools
