Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in California. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
