Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Social Media Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll engage with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in automotive and sustainable energy products.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and company products
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand voice in all interactions
  • Help identify trends and insights in social media conversations to better understand customer needs

Requirements

* Proven experience in a customer support or community management role

  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
